I've tried the app regularly over the last year and I can't take exams, the app freezes, glitches, closes, takes me different areas, won't give me the points, won't let me submit the training or exams etc. Basically everything doesn't work

I am giving 1 star because HTC specialist app is becoming stupid day by day. First, I had the problem of the star October challenge, now I have lost 2 of my stars because it says there is a new training which I haven't completed with a 100% score. My ambassador never replies to me. What should I do?

I think it has a problem with older phones. I have a Note 2 and it says the same as everyone else that I need to update my browser. Please fix and will update my rating to 5 stars :)

Love the idea of this app! I work for a major multicarrier, and was told about this app by an HTC rep at a work function...but we aren't on the list. Would like to get my team started on here asap! Will edit rating when I am able to actually use the app! I love HTC.

When do the quizzes update? Also, how do you get coins? Only seem to have stars and points at the moment and I can't find anything that explains how it works.
