Als u reuma heeft, is het fijn om uw leven te kunnen leiden zoals u dat wilt. Daarom introduceert de afdeling Reumatologie van het Erasmus MC de Reuma App.

Onderdelen van de Reuma App:

Uw logboek - Het logboek maakt uw ziekteverloop inzichtelijk. U kunt bijhouden hoe u zich per dag voelt en vragen noteren die u aan uw reumatoloog kun stellen.

Oefeningen - Videofilmpjes waarin oefeningen voor het hele lichaam uitgelegd worden.

Ik wil nu een vraag - U krijgt vragen over allerlei onderwerpen die uzelf kiest. Bijvoorbeeld over bewegen, werk, medicatie of pijn.

Info en tips- Hier vindt u informatie en praktische tips zodat uw dag net wat soepeler verloopt.

The game - Een spelletje legt u spelenderwijs uit hoe ontstekingsreuma werkt.

Tools – U kunt vragenlijsten invullen waarmee u kunt meten en vergelijken in tijd hoe het gesteld is met uw reuma. Handig om te bespreken met uw reumatoloog!

Parts of the Rheumatism App:

Your log - The log makes your disease process transparent. You can keep track of how you feel each day and write down questions you can ask your rheumatologist.

Exercises - Video clips where exercises for the entire body will be explained.

Now I want to ask - You will be asked questions on a variety of topics chosen yourself. For example, on exercise, work, medication or pain.

Info and tips- Here you will find information and practical tips to make your day just a little smoother.

The game - a game puts you in a playful way how inflammatory rheumatism works.

Tools - You can fill out questionnaires to help you measure and compare over time how things are with your rheumatism. Convenient to discuss with your rheumatologist!

Settings - Using the calendar function gives medication and appointment reminders.
