NPO Zapp

Met de app van NPO Zapp kun je live Zapp kijken of je favoriete programma terugkijken.

Deze applicatie plaatst cookies om het gebruik van de verschillende onderdelen te meten. Met installatie van de app ga je hiermee akkoord.

Problemen oplossen:
- Hoge internetkosten: Als je niet bent verbonden met wifi maar een mobiele internetverbinding hebt, dan kan het downloaden of streamen van video tot extra kosten leiden. Bij de instellingen kun je dit voorkomen door de optie ‘Streamen over mobiel netwerk’ uit te schakelen.
- Mijn lievelingsprogramma staat er niet in: NPO Zapp heeft niet van alle programma’s die op tv te zien zijn de rechten om ze ook in de app beschikbaar te stellen.
- De app is niet beschikbaar buiten Nederland: NPO Zapp heeft helaas geen rechten om de filmpjes in het buitenland aan te bieden. De app is daarom alleen beschikbaar voor Nederlandse accounts.
- Heb je vragen over de app of problemen met de werking van de app, mail dan naar post@npozapp.nl voor support. Vragen die bij de recensies staan kunnen we helaas niet beantwoorden. With the app you can live NPO Zapp Zapp see if your favorite look back program.

Troubleshooting:
