Bought it, but when you click on it it simply freezes at the loading screen. How do I get refund?

Pointless unless you buy the full version... And at £5.99 for only one year I think it's overpriced.

Worked well across Europe and love that they've added a translate button for reading foreign reviews

Latest update crashes repeatedly no maps online or downloaded offline are available just crashes waste of time and money.

Absolutely rubbish crashes in offline mode all the time, I asked for a refund see what happens

Unfortunately the offline mode is no longer working since the Oct. updates

User interface not intuitive. Filter apparently doesn't work. Huge download of photos has no retry and continue from last downloaded location. Have not yet been able to finish the download and have to restart from scratch every retry.

There is little or no point in asking users to write reviews if they never get displayed especially as many reviews now are so out of date as to be useless

Fantastic app. The reviews are really helpful and the app integrates with your navigation. If it cost £50 a year it would be worth it.

at the moment cannot recommend camper contact has I have tried everything to get maps online and offline, paid for full version nothing, as soon as the it comes on the screen goes blank with msg sorry the app is not working please try again later ,cannot send report. only had it 4 days not worked waste of money. Camper contact works fine, don't know what was wrong but everything is working fine, its a great app'

This is a must have app for serious motorhomers but the app has some serious problems. First the good things. Works offline, user updates and comments, covers many countries in Europe (also Turkey and Morocco). It permits searching and filtering. The bad. It drains the battery when not in use. Why it even needs to be active when not in use I don't know. Downloading the photos is a bad design. It requires your phone to be on, the screen active and takes a long time. Touch the screen and the process aborts. Fortunately you only have to do this once but it is once too much! There are bugs that cause the app to hang or crash on occasions. So, please fix some issues for a higher rating. Motorhomers, install, pay for the complete version and support the best resource that I know of for finding places to stay.

Used to work great but I have just Downloaded onto my new axon 7 and purchased the full license and after I purchased it now shuts down when I use the search bar making it totally useless. Please please fix

Out dated info, they do not update info when you tell them aires have closed down. Waste of time & money

This app was working for me fine and then suddenly lost full version and now only have lite version and an unable to even buy back full version. Please sort this out asap for me as I use the app very regularly at the moment :-)

An absolute waste of money, the app kept freezing and simply would not work for me.

Been trying to download it several times. Always get it frozen. Deleted.

Can't test it without paying for it first.

Brilliant resource for Europe when travelling by Camper.

Excellent app

Used to work reasonable on my previous Android 5 phone. Now on my new Android6 phone it freezes, I cannot enter places to search, etc. Unfortunately it has become completely useless. A waist of money.

Demo 'lite' version allows almost nothing. Waste of time if they want to pay for full version without seeing if it really works!! Deleted

I have paid for the app and it keeps freezimg and shutting down. I have updated and tried to download the off line pictures and it wont let me . sort the app out please

Not good easier just to Google places and Google is free

Great but as others say limited. I use in combination with other sources when needed. It can only get better if people add places to it folks!

Great content but very buggy!

Worked ok for a while but after sending in images for a couple of site s it now does not show pics for any stopovers. Just a loading circle ! Come on fix this please.

Brilliant. We found excellent overnight stops throughout Europe wherever we ended up on our route.

I like it, don't love it. The information on it is good and valuable when on the road camping. Got some nice spots out of it (paid version), despite the fact the app feels sluggish, freezes sometimes (mostly when data connection is bad) and isn't up to modern design standards. Which is a shame.

This is a great app and works well on my Moto G. Only problem I have is when I download the pics supposedly to my SD card it always ends up filling up my internal memory with 400Mb of data, hence I can no longer update any apps and have to remove all the data to get any functionality back. Can't see any answers to this problem in the feedback.

I love the app, especially the filters. Just there are many sites missing other apps provide. Why only 3 stars? - updates are ridiculous huge (whole database is downloaded instead the tiny changes each time!) - filtering for price is crappy (free sites not displayed when filtering for "less than 10EUR"; no free limit, just free, less or more than 10EUR) - filters aren't memorized, you need to set them again and again - map is ugly and not handy (just compare to park4night map!) - NKC changes ratings

Would have liked it more if ' translate' of other nationalities submissions worked as lack of informative English 'posts' generally meagre.

Could be more robust but great for finding camping spots. Have left site feedback and it takes a while to show on the site.

Wish I hadn't upgraded to the paid version until they've sorted this bug out. It continues to run in the background and I had to go into settings to make it stop. Please sort this out quickly...I'm sure it's a quick fix.

Love the app and paid. But even after quitting app eats battery. Needs to be killed after each run. New clean Moto g4. Will re rate when big fixed
