Service Tool

De Nefit Service Tool is een praktisch hulpmiddel voor de installateur voor het gemakkelijk en snel diagnosticeren van Nefit cv-ketels. Een compleet digitaal naslagwerk dat de installateur in een paar clicks naar het gewenste resultaat leidt. Ideaal bij Nefit service- en onderhoudsactiviteiten. Verder biedt de app de mogelijkheid met een click verbinding te krijgen met de Nefit helpdesk voor persoonlijke ondersteuning.

Nefit Service Tool is geschikt voor de volgende Nefit cv-toestellen: TrendLine, TopLine, ProLine, BaseLine, SmartLine en EcomLine (alleen stand-alone).

Nefit Service Tool kan op drie manieren worden gebruikt:

1. Stand-alone
Selecteer het gewenste toesteltype en kies handmatig de displaycode. De betekenis en de mogelijke oplossingen worden direct overzichtelijk weergegeven.

Via direct Wi-Fi communicatie tussen smartphone en Service Key II wordt het cv-toestel automatisch herkend en gediagnostiseerd.

3. Service op afstand (Nefit eService) via de slimste thermostaat, de Nefit Easy
