Met meer dan 1,2 miljoen leden is de KNVB de grootste sportbond van een Nederland. Wekelijks speelt dan ook een groot aantal leden van deze bond een uitwedstrijd. Speciaal voor hen is de app zoekVoetbalclub ontwikkeld waarmee alle voetbalclubs in Nederland te vinden zijn.

Met deze app kunnen adressen worden gezocht van alle (amateur)voetbalclubs in Nederland. Via twee zoekingangen (op clubnaam en op plaatsnaam) kan eenvoudig worden gezocht waar een club is gesitueerd. Behalve adresgegevens wordt binnen een kaart de ligging getoond van desbetreffende club. Verder worden de kleuren van het tenue en de datum van oprichting van de club getoond.

Via de navigatiebutton kan de route naar de club worden bepaald. Met de call-button wordt het telefoonnummer van de club gebeld. Ook kan de website van de club worden weergegeven.
Verder kan op basis van de huidige GPS-locatie worden bepaald welke voetbalclubs (op dat moment) in de buurt liggen.

Functies:

- Binnen een GoogleMaps-kaart wordt aangegeven waar een voetbalclub is gesitueerd.
- Huidige locatie wordt weergegeven op basis van de GPS-coördinaten. De dichtstbijzijnde clubs worden binnen de kaart getoond en kan meteen informatie van worden opgevraagd.
