De app MKS verwijzen is een handige tool die zorgprofessionals helpt bij het verwijzen, indiceren en organiseren van kinderverpleegkundige zorg voor zieke kinderen buiten het ziekenhuis. Met deze app doorloop je stapsgewijs de ‘Verwijsboom zorg buiten het ziekenhuis’, een onderdeel van het Medische Kindzorgsysteem (MKS).

Zonder open eindjes
• In een paar klikken zie je onder welke wet de zorg voor het zieke kind valt.
• Bij iedere stap wordt een korte toelichting gegeven. Nog nooit was
