Live at Wantij & Wantijpop festival

Op vrijdag 9 juni 2017 is het tijd voor een speciale avond in het Wantijpark. Voor het eerst organiseert BOD Events, de avond voor Wantijpop, een extra concert in het Wantijpark. Op 9 juni zie je Marco Borsato, zoals je hem nooit eerder zag. In een gemoedelijke sfeer, met een biertje in de hand, in ons bijzonder mooie, Dordtse Wantijpark. Naast Marco Borsato zullen ook Nielson, Diggy Dex en Danny Vera deze avond in het park te zien zijn. Let wel: de minimumleeftijd voor Live at Wantij bedraagt 18 jaar.

Op zaterdag 10 juni is het tijd voor Wantijpop. Een intiem, gratis tuinfeest voor vrienden en families. Op zaterdag 10 juni, van 12:30 uur tot 23:00 uur wordt het Wantijpark omgebouwd tot een grote, gezellige tuin met picknicktafels, kleedjes en lampjes. De intimiteit en gemoedelijke sfeer zijn typisch Wantijpop, maar het belangrijkste blijft natuurlijk toch de muziek. Op de verschillende podia zijn zowel regionale talenten als (inter)nationale topacts terug te vinden.

Op Wantijpop is er voor ieder wat wils, van jong tot oud. De allerkleinsten kunnen terecht in de Kindertuin van Koning Eik, waar je je kunt laten schminken of kunt genieten van de poppenkast. Terwijl de jongeren en de volwassenen zich prima kunnen vermaken bij het Rabobank Podium, het Popcentrale Podium, de Pop-up Market of de Jamsessie Stage. Ook aan lekkernijen ontbreekt er niets. Wantijpop werkt samen met regionale partijen om de bezoekers te voorzien van allerlei lekkers. En zelfs na afloop van het festival is het nog niet klaar, iedereen die nog niet klaar is met feesten kan terecht op een afterparty! On Saturday, June 10th is the time for Wantijpop. An intimate, free garden party for friends and families. On Saturday, June 10th, from 12:30 to 23:00 the Wantijpark is transformed into a large, cozy garden with picnic tables, rugs and lamps. The intimacy and friendly atmosphere typical Wantijpop but the main course still remains the music. are at different stages both local talents and (inter) national top acts found.

On Wantijpop there is something for everyone, from young to old. The little ones can visit the Kindergarten King Oak, where you can face painted or enjoy the charade. While youth and adults can enjoy themselves at the Rabobank Podium, the Popcentrale Podium, the Pop-up Market or the Jam Session Stage. Also treats lacks nothing. Wantijpop collaborates with regional parties in order to provide visitors with all sorts of goodies. And even after the festival is not finished yet, anyone who is not finished partying can go to an afterparty!
