Downloaded it for the great south run but can't find it.

Pointless app unable to sign in don't waste your time downloading

Told my friends theyd be able to see updates on facebook but nothing happened. Dont see how it could work, it wouldn't let me enter my bib number

Didn't work for me or many of hundreds of runners during today's run. Very disappointed as told friends and family members to download and follow me.

Rubbish. No results or accurate tracking.

Was good except it stalled a few times had to keep closing down to refresh it

What a great app so glad I got it . It made the run even more enjoyable. .xx

This app does not open.

Pointless. Used this app for the birmingham half marathon to track hubby. It was ok but I almost missed him at the finish line due to the app telling me he was 20mins away. Ok I know it can't give me 100% up-to-date data. So I open the app to have a look for the birmingham 10k And despite uninstalling and reloading, logging out and creating a new account the app is not showing any races for me to select and is now redundant on my phone.

It's a very informative app, however, I can't log on. It says my login details are wrong but they work fine on the website?

Once I choose one run, I couldn't change for diffrent. CRAP

Offers nothing at all.. thought I could track my training bit doesn't even do that... pretty pointless tbh

Doesn't work on my phone. Have deleted and reinstalled. Has never worked.

Telling me my birthdate and number don't match when I'm looking at my number and definitely know my birthdate..lol

I missed most of the runners I was supporting because this app was so completely wrong about their location.

When you click on Birmingham 10k you get info for the Newham run. Mile markers on map are wrong. Mile 3 says 4 and mile 5 says 8. Not a big issue just irritating.

Doesn't have Newcastle 2017 listed.

I used this app to track my wife and 3 friends who were running the Great South Run. This app worked much better than I had hoped, keeping me up to date with the results of milestone distances throughout the race using push notifications, whilst also allowing me to track each runners position on the map within the application. Fantastic app. Hopefully it will be just as good (if not better) next year. Top marks!

Super app. Easy to use loads of info and very quickly updated

Great app

Easy enough to set up, despite a strange choice of text and background colours. Route marked accurately on map. However, the 'Live Tracking' feature, which was the reason I installed the app, was useless. First, there were delays updating the position, by up to 30 minutes, then, when it did apparently update, my son was flagged as being several minutes in front of his actual position! We thought we had missed him and were surprised when he passed many minutes later! This suggests to me that this app does not actually Track an individual at all, it just flags an average time/position and hopes that is close enough. This is misleading, at best, if not fraudulent.

A bit basic and can't enter Dob as it fails but can't read the text which is on blue on a blue and black background. I'm not sure if I will bother on the day as it's a faff and there are better apps around.

Once you select the race you want there is no way to go back and select another race!

Great idea for the app. Worked well until live tracking, which did not - by a long way. Get this improved for next years races please.

Had 4 runners I wanted to keep an eye on. Was at the finish to meet 2 no probs . Thanks to the app

Missed my husband last time so this is great!
