De focus van het congres ligt op de integratie van de verschillende onderdelen van kwaliteitsbeleid van de vereniging. In het verlengde van de beoogde versterking van de onderlinge samenwerking zal het thema zich toespitsten op integraal kwaliteitsbeleid. Naast de onderlinge samenwerking van gremia vanuit de vereniging, zal er tevens samenwerking worden gezocht met andere stakeholders in het kwaliteitsveld.
