De Service App van LOEK!® is een slimme oplossing om met behulp van smartphone of tablet klachten of storingen in en rondom het gebouw te melden.
Gebouwbeheerders kunnen via de applicatie Serviceportaal op www.loekonline.nl al hun huurders of gebruikers van hun gebouwen toegang geven tot deze mobiele Service app.

Meldingen die met de Service app worden verstuurd komen automatisch terecht in de Meldingen applicatie op loekonline.nl. De gebouwbeheerder kan deze meldingen met een paar klikken doorzetten naar service en onderhoudsbedrijven waar hij digitaal mee samenwerkt. Op de Service app ontvangt de gebruiker notificaties over de afhandeling van zijn meldingen.
Daarnaast kan de gebouwbeheerder de gebruiker van de Service app goed op de hoogte houden over algemene zaken en gepland onderhoud. In de Service app wordt gepland onderhoud getoond in een digitale onderhoudsagenda.
