Mijn CON

Het Centrum voor Obesitas Nederland (CON) biedt in het Medisch Centrum Leeuwarden verschillende behandelmethodes voor obesitas en levert een totaalaanpak van medische zorg, psychologische zorg, uitgebreide voorlichting en nazorg.
Deze App is het verlengstuk van de MijnCON site: www.mijncon.nl. De site ondersteund de multidisciplinaire behandeling en is een ontmoetingsplek voor mensen die worden behandeld bij CON. De MijnCON App maakt het mogelijk om op elk moment van de dag en in elke situatie onder andere met lotgenoten ervaringen uit te wisselen op het forum en recepten op te zoeken voor een gezonde maaltijd. Alleen cliënten die op de website kunnen inloggen kunnen gebruik maken van deze App. The Center for Obesity Netherlands (CON) offers at the Medical Center Leeuwarden different treatments for obesity and provides a holistic approach to medical care, psychological care, comprehensive education and aftercare.
This app is an extension of the MijnCON site: www.mijncon.nl. The site supports the multidisciplinary treatment and is a meeting place for people treated with CON. The MijnCON App enables anytime of the day and in every situation include sharing experiences with peers on the forum and recipes searching for a healthy meal. Only clients who can log onto the site can use this App.
