FlatTire: Mobile Bike Service

I love riding my bike but I hate going to bike shops because generally they act like I don't have a clue about my bike or what I'm looking for.. So I right away also ordered their Quick onderhoud to prevent future problems. Rockstar mechanics who do it all with a smile on their faces. They responded very fast, and Paul arrived earlier than scheduled, best bike shop in Amsterdam

App is annoying as hell. Won't let me select my location on the map and when it finally does let me select it, it tells me my location is not in Amsterdam. The post office definitely disagrees.

Never trusted anyone with my bike as I do trust these guys. Always treating your bike as if it was their own. And aways doing an AMAZING job. Even if you wait a little, it's worth it!

Perfect service provided by professional team! They are flexible and listen to your wishes, communication is quick and precise. You know exactly what to expect. I'd totally recommend them to anyone, so much easier than trying to find the nearest good bike shop.

The App works fine. Very user friendly. However, it has been the 2nd time of me trying to use their expedited service but they failed to deliver. Unable to service my flat tire on the same day due to capacity issues. They offered to service the next day or preferably the day after. It can't be a coincidence that I've been "let down" again, with the similar reason as the 1st time I tried to use their service, again. Guys, please do us a favor, walk the walk and talk the talk! Very disappointing!!

If you are unlucky and you get a flat tire in the wrong day (normal working morning), you could wait for hours

They fixed a couple of issues with my bike for a very good price and on top I also got warranty. Highly recomend! Thanks guys :)

The best mobile bike service in Amsterdam!!

They met me at the park where my chain had fallen off within the time frame I had requested. It was fast and straightforward with the choice of paying by cash or being invoiced.

I recommend it to anyone who wants to get his or her bike fixed by a professional team asap in Amsterdam. No time to waste with dragging your ill bike to a regular shop? on the spot repairs are much more convenient.
