have paid twice for this app although it says you can install on two devices....still won't run on my tab4....disappointed....

There are always problems with the maps and it keeps crashing when you search a few times. Please stick to the books - these are really great but this app is completely useless. There is already a really great Dutch app on the market but this one is aweful to use.

Just installed and upgraded to pro on my tablet. Trying to duplicate on my phone. How do i get both phone and tablet with off line data?

Having bought the book I downloaded the app - it seemed to work OK on wifi, so I paid for the pro version so that I could download and use maps offline. I eventually managed to complete the download of Germany, but France failed each time at around 60%, despite the fact that I had plenty of free internal and SD memory. I emailed the seller - "don't worry, we're working on it". When the update came, not only did it wipe the map I had, but I no longer had the "pro" version. The issue with the pro licence was fixed within a few days, but I still couldn't download to SD card as promised. I did manage to download a couple of maps to internal memory. Today, 1st July, I downloaded an update with the latest fix. Again, I no longer have access to the maps I had downloaded earlier, and now I cannot download any more - it doesn't even give the option of whether to store in internal or external memory. So I now have an app I can only use online despite having paid for offline use. My advice is only download it if you have sufficient roaming data allowance to use it online, and don't pay for the pro version. Facile media - this is not good enough. Stub out your doobies and get on and fix it!

New version still uses same SD card storage space. Belgium map 2.31 Gb disk space down loaded file 169 Mb.

A great addition to their book. The ability to either translate or select the text of comments made in other languages would be great. Sometimes it's people's experiences that are most useful

Can't get any stops on my screen. Downloaded France and Germany which took an hour. You should have a look at NKC app. That works great

I installed the free version on my phone and iPad, paid for the upgrade to use offline but neither is upgraded! Please help?
