VVG

De VvG digitaal vergaderen App ondersteunt het VvG congres van 7 oktober. (En is ook daarna inzetbaar als papierloos vergaderoplossing).

Hoe werkt het?
De VVG digitaal vergaderen App bestaat uit twee delen:
1 – Het Dashboard – de online beheeromgeving voor de secretariële ondersteuning.
2 - De App – toegang tot de online box met vergaderdocumenten voor vergaderdeelnemers.

Het secretariaat gebruikt de het Dashboard om vergaderingen te organiseren en documenten te distribueren naar de online documentenbox van vergaderdeelnemers.
Vergaderdeelnemers hebben via de VvG digitaal vergaderen App toegang tot hun eigen online documentenbox. De documentenbox is niet alleen toegankelijk via iPad en iPhone, maar ook via browsers (dus via laptop of pc) en via native Android en Windows Apps.

How does it work?
The TOS gather digital App consists of two parts:
1 - The Dashboard - the online management environment for the secretarial support.
2 - The App - Access to the online box with meeting documents for conference participants.

The Secretariat uses the Dashboard to hold meetings and distribute documents to the online document box of conference participants.
Conference Participants gather digitally via the App VvG access to their own online document box. The document box is not only accessible via iPad and iPhone, but also via browsers (ie via laptop or PC) and via native Android and Windows Apps.
