MyDox

MyDox is de oplossing om veilig met meerdere partijen online en mobiel aan dossiers te werken.

Met de MyDox app voor Android heb je toegang tot MyDox. Dankzij MyDox werken gebruikers veilig, online en mobiel samen rond dossiers. Zonder het onderliggende document in een dossier te wijzigingen kun je toch makkelijk wijzigingen aangeven, opmerkingen plaatsen en reageren op notities van anderen.

Dankzij het slimme rechtenmanagement van MyDox, kunnen deelnemers met verschillende soorten bevoegdheden (uit verschillende organisaties) toch eenvoudig samenwerken. De beherende organisatie raakt nooit de controle over de dossiers kwijt, maar kan wél anderen betrekken bij opbouw en controle van dossiers.

Let op: De MyDox App werkt uitsluitend i.c.m. een corporate account op MyDox.

Waarom MyDox:
Bij samenwerken aan documenten met externe partijen, is toegang geven tot eigen servers of systemen (zoals crm, erp, dms) meestal onwenselijk. Bestaande online oplossing zijn niet veilig of voldoen niet aan Europese regels. MyDox lost dit op. Het koppelt veilig aan bestaande systemen, geeft volledige controle aan de eigenaar én is veilig en compliant met EU-richtlijnen.

Zo werkt MyDox:
MyDox-accounts worden door één organisatie ter beschikking gesteld aan individuele gebruikers. Dat kunnen gebruikers binnen, maar ook buiten de eigen organisatie zijn. Het unieke van de MyDox is, dat niet alleen de gebruiker documenten in zijn box kan plaatsen, ook de organisatie die de box ter beschikking stelt kan dat doen. Die documenten kunnen door de organisatie ook altijd weer worden teruggehaald. Daarnaast zijn de rechten op een document per document instelbaar. Documenten kunnen bijvoorbeeld beveiligd worden tegen: verplaatsen, printen of kopiëren.

Mobiel én veilig
MyDox stelt organisaties in staat om hun medewerkers zowel mobiel als veilig te laten samenwerken met anderen ín en buiten de organisatie. Zonder kostbare Mobile Device Management oplossingen kunnen medewerkers toch hun smartphone, tablet of laptop veilig aanwenden voor zakelijk gebruik.

MyDox is afgeleid van een oplossing voor papierloos vergaderen door pensioenfondsen, banken, verzekeraars en zorginstellingen. Veiligheid en waarborging van privacy heeft vanaf dag één hoog in het vaandel gestaan.

Daarom is MyDox een oplossing om zowel veilig als mobiel samen te werken, zonder dat de organisatie controle op documenten verliest. Organisatie en gebruiker kunnen documenten delen, verrijken én weer terugtrekken van (mobiele) apparaten. Eén box voor elke deelnemer maar met beheer van bovenaf.

The MyDox app for Android gives you access to MyDox. Thanks MyDox users work securely, online and mobile together around files. Without the underlying document indicate in a file to change, you can still easily change, commenting and responding to notes from others.

Thanks to the clever right management MyDox, participants with different types of powers (from different organizations) still collaborate easily. The managing organization never loses control over the files lost, but may indeed others involved in building and monitoring of files.

Why MyDox:
When collaborating on documents with external parties, access to private servers or systems (such as CRM, ERP, DMS) usually undesirable. Existing online solution are not safe or do not comply with European rules. MyDox resolve this. How to MyDox:
MyDox accounts are provided by one organization to individual users. This allows users inside but also outside the organization. The uniqueness of the MyDox is that not only can the user documents in his box seats, also the organization that sets the box available can do that. These documents can always be retrieved by the organization. In addition, the rights on a document by document are adjustable. Documents can be secured for example by: move, print or copy.

Mobile and safe
MyDox enables organizations to offer their employees mobile and safe to work with others inside and outside the organization. Without costly mobile device management solutions, employees can still use their smartphone, tablet or laptop safe for business use.

MyDox is derived from a solution for paperless meetings by pension funds, banks, insurers and health care institutions. Security and ensuring privacy has been from day one of paramount importance.

Therefore MyDox is a solution to work both safe and mobile together without the organization losing control documents. Organization and user can share documents, enrich and retreat again (mobile) devices. One box for each participant but management from above.
