Good intro to the WHM. Helps you become disciplined about completing the exercises every day. Records your progress (would be great to see this on a graph). Progression limited... Would be great to unlock additional content (happy to purchase that) after completing everything. Does give a discount to the 10 week course, but that's still a bit expensive for me!

The App is good but the videos for the why and how do not launch, i am only new to this method and i think these are valuable tools to being successful with this method. I hope you update the app shortly to fix the bugs that stop the videos, i dont feel i have got my money out of this app due to this

Nice design, but the features are a bit too basic. I found myself not really benefiting from the app after using it for a day or two. Also I'd like to see them tell you in what order to do everything. You're left on your own quite a bit.

After reading the description it sounded like the video bugs others discussed had been worked out. They haven't. Over half of the videos just go black when you click on them, including the most basic need to know stuff.

For me, knowing a little about Hof, it does not surprise me that this is not a polished app. This is key when processing expectations. The simplified method itself is worth the $4. I like seeing the "Recent Results" to see if I am progressing. I agree with others about more content with cold exposure. As a prime premise of the method is about how the 3 key areas combine together to be effective. Overall though, for the price of a beer, one can have a better reinforcement system wherever you are. That is worth it for me.

A nice introduction and a great way to start your day, but if you think you might want to do the full 10 week course then sign up for that instead this app is less useful while doing the course as you can't log everything. It would be better if there was a way for people who have signed up for the full course to input a code and get access via the app the the rest of the content.

Videos don't play, pdf cannot be open. You can't edit or delete one of the results, which is very annoying. Not terribly useful, I am afraid

I really wanted to do the Wim Hof methode when I heard of it. The app is great for learning, however it needs more exercises! Also I have completed all exercises at least once, but didn't recieve a special offer?

Great app. I would like to be able to record cold exposures other than just cold showers in the results section. For example, the day prior to buying the app I did 10 minutes of cold exposure in a cold river but I can't record that because cold showers are the only option for cold exposure results. I am curious if this will be a feature in the future ?

This is a fantastic low-risk way to see if the WHM is for you before you commit to the online course. It chas video instruction on the breathing and pushup exercises, forward stretches, headstand and reverse balance. And the cold shower, of course! It has a timer to time and save your breathing retention times, # of pushups, and how well the other exercises went. This enables you to track your performance over time. It's handy with the online course. I just wish there was an easy way to see stats over time.

I'm a cynic when it comes to these things. But on my first try of the breathing technique, I was able to eventually hold my breath, fully exhaled for over 2 minutes. What followed was a calmness and serenity that lingers still, along with a slight headache. Can't wait to see what a few days of this will bring. Stretches next!

I've been using this app/following the WHM daily for about 2 months. I'm very pleased with the WHM. The app could benefit greatly from juuuust a couple additions. Mainly: a way to record things you did in the past. Sometimes I take a cold shower and forget to log it. It would be nice to log it the next day. Another nice thing would be a simple graph of how you progress over time with the different activities, especially breathing. What good is logging things if you can't analyze them? Thanks!

I think that when you do the commitment exercises you should be able to "rate" them from 1-10 instead of moderate, good and fantastic, because that's very vague. Sometimes beginners don't know how to rate how it was and it's very confusing. And also it would be great if you could add a comment as well like "felt pain in my back" or "almost had a blackout" so you can have a more accurate record of your development through the training. Also would love to be able to write down my results of past days. Thanks!

for real .... I've practiced yoga for years and never felt comfortable with getting into a headstand. Wim's git er' done attitude is inspiring! While the activities can all be done for free its nice to have one platform to record progress
