CNV Koffiegeld

Werk je in het beroepsgoederenvervoer? Met de Koffiegeld app van CNV Vakmensen kun je zelf de onkostenvergoeding van je één- of meerdaagse ritten berekenen, controleren en een eigen administratie bijhouden.

Hoe werkt de app?
- Je kunt je ritten automatisch en handmatig registreren
- De app berekent je netto onkostenvergoeding bij ééndaagse of meerdaagse ritten.
- Je kunt de bedragen optellen zodat je het totaalbedrag kunt controleren met de onkostenvergoeding op je loonstrook.
- Vanuit de app kun je het resultaat exporteren naar Excel en/of PDF. Dit kan per maand of 4 weken, met specificatie per rit.
- Je kunt het resultaat per mail aan jezelf of iemand anders sturen

Klopt het bedrag van je loonstrook niet met het bedrag uit de app? Roep dan onze hulp in. Neem via de app contact met ons op voor advies en laat je uren controleren. Je berekening wordt vanzelf meegestuurd.

De regelgeving
Je onkostenvergoeding is gebaseerd op wat er in de cao is afgesproken. In de hoogte van de vergoeding heeft echter ook de fiscus een hand gehad, omdat het hier een netto vergoeding betreft waarover geen belasting wordt afgedragen.

De vergoeding moet worden betaald over alle uren afwezig van standplaats. De fiscus verbiedt echter een netto vergoeding te betalen wanneer die afwezigheid minder dan 4 uur heeft geduurd.

De hoogte van de vergoeding per uur is afhankelijk of je een ééndaagse- (minder dan 24 uur) of een meerdaagse rit (24 uur of meer) maakt. Daarnaast wordt je vergoeding voor een meerdaagse rit altijd berekend over een etmaal of een deel hiervan, de vertrekdag, tussenliggende dagen en de terugkomstdag.

Waarom moet ik registreren?
Om jouw berekeningen te kunnen synchroniseren tussen meerdere apparaten is het nodig dat we ze opslaan op onze server. Om bij je gegevens op die server te kunnen komen moet je kunnen inloggen en daarom moet je eerst registreren.

- Ben je géén lid? Registreer dan met je e-mailadres en een wachtwoord
- Lid van CNV Vakmensen? Gebruik dan dezelfde inloggegevens als die van je Mijn CNV-account.
- Heb je nog geen Mijn CNV-account? Je kunt hem activeren met je lidnummer en geboortedatum. Het e-mailadres en wachtwoord wat je bij activatie gebruikt, werkt ook voor de Koffiegeld-app If you work in the haulage? How does the app?

The regulations
