About BLE Analyzer
This Bluetooth Low Energy Analyzer app shows and logs broadcast events from BLE devices.
It is a handy tool to trace ibeacons and all other kinds of commercial available BLE devices as each device can be named.
If you want to make sure that your ibeacons cover your whole venue, this is the tool for you!
The upper graph shows all BLE devices in range. The lower graph shows the history of a single BLE device.
Exporting a (csv) log with all readings is supported as well. Use the menu to start, stop and email logs.
Use the slider to filter out more distant devices when there too many devices in your vicinity.
Viewing or editing any device property beside the device id (mac) is not supported. There are many other apps that do that, it is not this apps intention to replace them.
Remark: Please provide feedback when something does not work.

I love the 30s history graph for a single device. I've tried many Bluetooth LE scanners and none have anything that works this well.

Seems to offers pretty much exactly what I was looking for: * Logs every message with the sending device's MAC address and (for my purposes) a finely enough grained timestamp. However: * Doesn't seem to log to file; you have to send log inline in an email (not an attachment). * Reuses the log, so if you stop logging and want to log another period, you'll lose the previous data. * You can't send the log after it's been stopped, so combined with the last point, that means you'd lose your N thousand samples if you were to log for a long while, stop and then attempt to send. * Sending the log only worked the first time, at which time I got a popup to pick email app, and could send the data. After that, nothing happens when I click Mail log.

This app is probably doing all the BLE scanning on the UI thread resulting in very laggy experience. Sliding the slider bar or opening the overflow menu takes forever.

Totally loving the fact that we can export the RSSI data. You can even give names to various devices and the app remembers the names from session to session. Exactly what i was looking for!
