In deze moderne tijd van smartphones zijn Apps deel van het dagelijks leven. Ook senioren vormen een enthousiaste en snel groeiende groep smartphone gebruikers. Hospitality App biedt de patiënt maximale ondersteuning in de route naar, in en van het ziekenhuis -zónder dat de patiënt zelf nog hoeft te navigeren.

Hospitality App biedt geautoriseerde gebruikers door middel van een zeer gebruikersvriendelijke app beveiligde toegang tot de eigen elektronische afspraken in het deelnemende ziekenhuis / zorginstelling.

Hospitality App schakelt ‘real-time’ met de afsprakenagenda, zodat de gebruiker altijd een actueel afsprakenoverzicht in de App heeft. Gebruikers kunnen via Hospitality App direct met de polikliniek bellen, en heel gemakkelijk een taxi bestellen waarbij de ophaaltijd automatisch klopt. Daarnaast kan de gebruiker In de zorginstelling indien gewenst begeleid worden door een ‘Hospitality Hosts’. De Hospitality Host loopt met de gebruiker mee naar de afspraaklocatie, en blijft indien gewenst door de gebruiker ook ter ondersteuning bij het consult. Zo behoort verdwalen in het ziekenhuis écht tot het verleden. Het gebruik van Hospitality App is gratis.
