What an amazing experience this hypnosis is. I've suffered with OCD for over 40 years. I've tried countless books and meditations. This is, by far, the most profound therapy I've tried. Incredibly effective. It's masterfully designed and I went into a deep trance during which the visualisations and suggestions really hit home.
