Ever wake up to missed calls or unread texts because you keep your phone on vibrate? Important Call alerts you with an alarm if you have missed calls or texts.
Just select the number of missed calls and/or texts before an alarm sounds to wake you up. Note that missed call count is kept separate for each caller, while unread texts are kept as a total.
Features:
*Unread texts option, alarm sounds when total unread texts reaches selected amount.
*Set the number of missed calls received, per contact, that will sound an alarm.
*Select from all alarm sounds installed on your phone.
*Set alarm volume (using seek bar or volume rocker keys).
Pro Users Only:
*VIP Mode: only receive alerts for contacts you have selected as VIPs.
Instructions to use with Handcent or GO SMS messengers:
Handcent: Open Handcent -> Go to Settings -> Application Settings -> Default Messaging application -> check disable (this is not disabling handcent). Then go into the stock messenger and make sure notifications are turned off.
GO SMS: Open GO SMS -> Go to Settings -> Advanced tab -> Other setting -> uncheck "disable other message notification". Then go into the stock messenger and make sure notifications are turned off.

It may just be me but I did not see a way to enter more than one VIP at a time and I had several to enter. I'm also having problems getting the ringtone to work. I'm still working on it and will update if it works out.

Did not work at all. I had My VIP on my Note 2 but thought this might be better. Did not work at all. Had the volume up and when phone was on silent, nothing would come through. Very disappointing since I paid for this one. I went back to the My VIP that is free and it works now. :-(

Love it. Does exactly what it says. I don't have to worry about dumb calls waking me up, but can rest easy knowing I'll get important calls.

I bought the pro version just for vip, im on call 24/7 for work and this woulda been great for waking me up after a missed call. To bad it doesn't work! Every time i try to edit the vip list it force closes. As of now, it's junk. If you fixed the problem i would re install... Until then, IT'S JUNK! FIX IT! And now i can't even get a refund! Uuuugh!!!

Helps me a lot with calls outside of work very frequently. I don't always want to answer something work related unless it is important and this has been a great way to filter for that.
