Set up an account over a month ago and still now nothing, I've tried contacting on the chat function on the app with no response. Then I sent an email about a week too with no reply, only got the automated response confirming receipt of the email.

Had the app for over a week and still no information on medication or repeat prescriptions. Tried to use the chat to contact service team and just get a message that they are busy. Needs a lot of improvement to be a reliable app.

The catch is you HAVE to nominate these to dispense and deliver your prescriptions from now on and I don't want to. I'm happy with the pharmacy I'm using. You can't just sign up and make an appointment etc. Big disappointment as I couldn't even get past sign up without agreeing to this.
