NH스마트청구서 앱은 고객님이 납부하실 세금, 공과금, 기타 이용요금을 고지서 없이 간편하게 스마트폰으로 조회하고 바로 납부할 수 있는 서비스입니다.

NH스마트청구서 앱은 공인인증서 로그인 후 사용이 가능합니다.

-서비스 이용방법-

① 인터넷뱅킹 가입
인터넷뱅킹에 가입하지 않은 고객은 신분증을 지참하고 가까운 농협은행 영업점을 방문하여 인터넷뱅킹에 가입합니다. (NH농협인터넷뱅킹에 이미 가입하신 고객은 가입하실 필요가 없습니다)

② 스마트폰에 공인인증서 설치
NH스마트청구서 어플실행 - 공인인증센터 - 인증서 가져오기를 선택한 후 PC에서 농협 인터넷뱅킹 홈페이지(Banking.nonghyup.com) - 공인인증센터 - 스마트폰 공인인증서 복사하기(내보내기) 메뉴를 통해 공인인증서를 무선으로 복사합니다. (NH스마트뱅킹에 가입하신 고객은 스마트폰에 공인인증서가 이미 설치되어 있기 때문에 추가로 설치하실 필요가 없습니다)

③ 서비스 이용
공인인증서로 로그인하여 서비스 이용에 동의하신 후 서비스를 이용합니다.

2. 주요서비스

- 이용기관 등록 : 스마트폰을 통해 고지서를 조회하고 납부할 기관을 고객이 선택하여 사전에 등록

- 모바일청구서 : 종이고지서 없이 스마트폰으로 직접 고객이 납부할 고지내역을 조회하고 납부

- 청구서SMS 전달 : 본인이 직접 납부하기 어려운 경우 부모, 배우자 등 제3자가 대신 납부할 수 있도록 고지내역을 전달

- 가상계좌 납부 : 가상계좌번호를 알고 있는 경우 가상계좌번호를 직접 입력하여 납부(이용기관 등록이 되어 있지 않은 기관도 납부 가능)

- 납부내역 조회 : 스마트 가상계좌 서비스를 이용하여 납부한 내역을 조회

3. 이용기관

- 현재 NH스마트청구서 앱을 통해 고지내역 조회 및 납부 등을 이용할 수 있는 기관은 고령군,동두천시,상주시,안성시,예천군(지방세), 서천군,의왕시,양주시(환경개선부담금)이며 향후 지방세, 국세, 국민 건강보험료, 전기요금, 통신요금, 보험료 등 모든 세금을 본 서비스를 통해 납부할 수 있도록 이용기관을 지속적으로 확대할 예정입니다.
