Isle of Wight for Android
Developed by Visit Isle of Wight, the app contains all the essential information you need to make the most of a trip to the beautiful Isle of Wight; it’s like having a mini-guidebook in your phone.
With sections covering Things to See & Do, Food & Drink, What’s On, Where to Stay, Shopping and an Itinerary planner the app contains hundreds of business listings, each including an image, full description,
opening times, admission prices, location and complete contact details including email and web links where appropriate.
The Isle of Wight Official Tourism app also contains information on the “Towns & villages” allowing you to explore and discover all parts of the Island.
The app also includes a ‘Favourites’ functionality enabling you to build up your own personalised itinerary of places to visit, restaurants to dine at and things to do during your trip. Need some inspiration? If so why not try one of our suggested itineraries for some inspiration.

Fails each heading just leads back to welcome page.
Only tells the very basic of Island information. Majority of content is for commercial attractions (ie. Walking only shows walking 'tours', not stuff you can do without paying), and once you've been shown the commercial advertisement for an attraction, you then have to research the details of said attraction yourself (price, acceptance of dogs, accessibility for disabled, etc). And, for an island that boasts such a huge welcome for dogs everywhere, this app says absolutely nothing about dog walks. Crp.
