The database is hosted at https://www.yadiary.net/postal/ managed by the author. My chrome extension, https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/djhiinlklggmkjnpknbhnenejpicnbhg, also uses same database.
Currently, users have to input text in Japanese, but if you have an interests to input text in English, please inform me.
