This could be really useful, but its hard to use. The keyboard screen to enter your phone number doesn't disappear after you enter your phone number preventing you from continuing to use the app as ypu can only see part of the screen. I made a maintenance request for a park and I received a call from the city because the location I entered didnt get recorded by the app. For some types of requests, there need to be more options to choose from or allow users to tyoe in the nature of the issue.
