ElWiki is a tool to store notes and lists connected by links. It uses wiki language to format notes. Therefor it could be called personal wiki.

ElWiki has android and desktop version for Windows and Linux. Both versions store theirs data in simple text files so you can use DropBox (and DropSync on android) or any other cloud drive to synchronize your data.
