　・本ソフトウェアでの各種給付金額は、厚生労働省が発表した平成25年8月1日から平成26年7月31日までの情報にもとづき算出します。この期間外の範囲指定による算出額は実際の給付額と差異が大きく出てくる可能性があります。従って、本ソフトウェアで算出される給付金額は、あくまでも目安としてください。
