The "time still needed" aspect is great, it gives peace of mind and motivates you to keep cutting it down. NB don't try to add more than 23 hours per day (e.g. if you've already spent a lot of hours on an activity before you install this app). It crashed for me and all data was lost. Therefore, an "hours already spent" feature would be very helpful.
