Last updated 11 months ago. Underwhelming. This app appears to just want me to buy the book. I already have a hard copy. There appears to be no way I can access the food list and recipe planner unless I buy an electronic version of the book. So I can't tell what those features are like. I already have a shopping list app and a good tracker app and a weight tracking app. So I guess I'll just make an Evernote from my hard copy of the Sirtfoods list, and use those other apps. Disappointing.
