I have a hard copy of the book, and got this on a lark, and why not, right?, it's only $2.99, and it is great!!! It's like the book, but in an app form, and it's great and better than kindle. I love it! Now I can shop without wishing to have made a shopping list before I left the house. Now, when I am at the store and wish to make something tasty and quick, as well as healthy when I get home, I just have to consult this user-friendly app on my phone. A win/win situation. And like I said, the app works well and is easier to use than an ebook. I am so happy I listened to myself, for once, LOL.

This app is great but, in one of the tabs for recipies repites the same for several conditions that doesn't make any sents. To treat detox with a coconut oil treatment for hair??
