OK new update made it so I can't change ringtone for the app and still the driver notes can not be seen in the call at dispatch please fix the notification sound is not loud enough I set mine to an air raid siren so it wakes me up and the ringer now you can't here a foot away from phone

I look forward to trying the update released 5/8/17. The VIN scanner still has some issues. Hopefully can upload pics again.

App continues to crash. Especially when it's most vital. I.e. when I'm on the side of the freeway trying to take pictures pre-tow. Which I'm docked pay if I don't.

Select the map feature to get turn-by-turn directions and it doesn't communicate with Google and sends me in the wrong location every time there is something wrong with the Google and this app Feature

I love the app. But after that last update I am unable to get notifications. I have no idea I have a call unless I constantly check my phone. And yes....I have gone I to settings and checked everything.

I hate this app. No notifications never get info maps always wrong

After this last update, it no longer notifies us when we get a call anymore. This app is usually pretty good until here lately

App will not upload pics after the newest update

The new update BLOWS crash after crash... I get deemed because my app is not giving notifications when the old one was fine. GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION YOU ARE COSTING PEOPLE MONEY and taking food out of our mouths!!!!!!!!!!

It doesn't decode vin numbers

Nice layout, but pictures do not load. Not an isolated problem with a certain phone being every one i work with has had the same problem.

Along with all the other drivers using the app it does not work well while the phone is hooked up to WiFi. The taking photos is something that I had to learn to get around.

Bar code scanner doesn't work, should allow app to rotate when phone rotates, needs more options under settings

This app flies when loading. scanner doesn't work as well. When saving it says fails

Since the update with the new bird chirp I can't hear it at any time. Needs to ba able to change ring tone so it can be heard.

The update looks great for the most part period but you guys screwed up and took away the ability to change the sound of the ringtone. You used to be able to set the ringtone to whatever you want it I can't hear that stupid ringtone you put in. And you still have not added a reject button

It's constantly freezing and lagging. It also needs to be fixed. The driver needs to be able to create a call, the driver also needs to be able to edit the pick up location since any tow operator knows that it's a rare thing when the dispatch gets any address correct. The driver also needs to be able to update and edit the PO, and if you made it so that the app downloaded the ticket instead of staying on the Internet then you can scan the Barcode and just update it when you get back to service.

New cars have QR scanable codes instead of barcodes please add support for both.

I had the issue of not being able to open this app so i uninstalled and installed it again and now it works again i hope this helps everyone out!!!

Installed the newest system update and it stopped working. Any suggestions?
