服務內容如下：
1. 社區與群組公告：您可以在這裡看到社區醫學部的最新消息，不論是健康新知、活動資訊、群組公告等，讓您可以第一手掌握社區健康活動。
2. 活動報名：您可以在App上瀏覽活動公告與內容，並進行活動報名，也可以幫您的朋友報名喔。
3. 群組留言版：任何想跟群組朋友或個案管理師分享與討論的資訊，都可以在這裡進行留言，個案管理師會回答您的問題，讓您跟個案管理師有更多的互動。
4. 群組行事曆：您可以在這裡看到群組的活動行事曆，會顯示自己有報名的活動，您也可以增加自己的行事曆事件。
5. 健康量測：為了您的健康著想，每天量測是必要的，不論是血壓、血糖、體重都可以記錄在這裡，並跟個案管理師一起討論您的健康狀況。 Community Medicine En Zhugong hospital provides health management of your App.
