ScribMaster draw and paint

Most drawing (and specifically vector drawing) apps for Android failed to engage me, quite often their interface just wouldn't feel natural. This one has become a must for me when I want to make quick sketches and I've managed to make quite decent illustrations with it. HOWEVER, bear in mind that it is FULL OF BUGS that aren't being fixed: layer opacity misbehaves in drawings with more than two layers and the layer order gets messed up while you draw, zooming is glitchy and the app often crashes upon start.

I find it really good and really easy to use as well the only thing even tho they updated it is still the autosave :) overall great

Nice, but a choice to keep painting inside lines would help older people.

This app is AMAZING! You can zoom in drawings, so you can add small designs. You can also save it to you gallery and look back any time. Sometimes it may lag a little but the app is really useful. INSTALL IT, IT WILL CHANGE YOU LIFE. got, em. Check out my channel Revival Panda.... SEE YA

A near-perfect little vector drawing app! Works great for both doodles and full-blown masterpieces! The exporting is a little dodgy, though, and the UI is kind of unintuitive.

So three months later, how many updates now?? and it still won't load an image as a new layer... I used to like this app but it's just taking up space now.. when are you going to get this fixed???

The recent improvements are few, and the cosmetic improvements, sluggish. 1)The new save menu style's display speed is quite slow. It takes, probably, a whole second for the menu and sub menus to extend fully. 2a)We still can't edit the colors of the color bar and are stuck with the defaults. This renders it useless if the colors you wish to use are not included. 2b)As such, a color picker on the tool menu would be convenient, so that we could quickly samle our own choice of colors from the canvas. 3)The pen tool's submenu text dropdown list is cumbersome to select pens from. Handwrite has a better pen menu with icons only, making selecting pens faster. 4)The scale pen width option should be in the pen tool submenu, not hidden in the settings. 5)Panning and zooming is sticky. One can't pan and zoom simultaneously. Very annoying considering the fact that other Play Store apps, specifically Freehand, offer this functionality along with boundless canvas, pressure sensitivity, and infinite zoom.

looks like the real thing. a good counterpoint to use in tandem with similar vector apps.

Don't over use the erasor in one go, it'll crash and the layering system needs work, apart from that, this app is amazing.

Its ok, but add more things to the free one not prem key, im not wasting my money on that.

Whenever I draw a continuous line the thing freezes up and then shuts off and I lose my progress

I love the way this app can be used by professional artists and those who are not the best in art.

It will not let me use the photo from gallery so I can trace some of my pictures

It works well. Exports correctly into desktop animation programs. Chose this over all other options.

It's a great app, but even if I have alot of storage on my phone, I can't open photos to trace or bases I've downloaded. It's annoying- especially when I can't get a detail right.

1 doesn't take a lot of space and its so good

Layers are refusing to cooperate as in, for example I would paint on one layer and add spray paint on another and the spray paint would disappear. It also constantly stops working and always refuses to export files for "not enough memory" bull, I have lots of memory. I liked the old version better. Fix it. Also, I should suggest adding more tools And brushes if you want more money. And saves would sometimes glitch out and won't stay as I left it. Please fix And I will give it five stars again.

When i want to edit a picture from gallery, this pops up. What is that mean and what do i have to do to make it work?

It's great for doodling and producing a lot of small drawings quickly. I don't like the lack of a canvas crop tool, neither do I really like the fact that it gets really buggy if you draw something too complex. Also, I'm not sure why but the way the eraser tool works bothers me.

It lags way to much and it's seriously starting to tick me off. It also moves some of the small pieces of my drawing to a diffrent drawing. Just fix that and everyone will love it! Tootles

The tools are amazing but how am I supposed to know when the picture ends? I cant tell if what im drawing is too big or too small until I post it somewhere and see all this white space. Dreadful. This app has a tendency to crash, completely obliterating all my hard work.

It has a lot of nice options for on-the-go doodling and drawing. The only thing really missing I can think of is more layer options, setting layers to overlay or multiply or whatnot

So great. Vector..pen and finger mode.. i love one fonger dragging and then drawing with the stylus. I think it could be a little better.. easier swapping between draw and erase... more control for size.. ie bigger eraser.... also the smooth function could use a much stronger setting or configurable... where a super wiggly line can smooth to a straight line.... load save popup text is a bit confusing... would be need to have some preset options set... so when i erase i dont forget what my pen size was.

how can you make it so difficult (impossible?) to do the most basic drawing task i can imagine: (1) select colour from image, (2) draw filled rectangle. That's it. I can't get this app to do that, nor any other Google Play app that I have installed. What did I do to deserve this? Oh. And this is ANOTHER app that google has hidden the UNINSTALL button for. I wonder why.
