Lo peor de lo peor en cuanto aplicaciones móviles. Los tiempos de espera severamente exagerados. La aplicación decía 19 horas en un punto. Tuve que esperar más tiempo ahora con la oficina vacía que antes con la oficina llena. No sirve!

The app should let you take tickets for 2 different departments. Very rarely do they ever move at the same time. It's such a waste to have to wait 1 hour for one department, finish, grab a ticket for the next department then wait another 3 hours. The time could be cut down.

En cuanto al tiemoo de espera un desastre, pero en cuanto a lo importante, en que te haga el turno y aqui en bayamon funciona excelentemente bien!!

Tremenda porquería de App, solo la baje para ver si podía pedir una transcripción de créditos pero ni siquiera sirve.

Consideró totalmente PÉSIMO el sistema de turnos, no debe pagar el estudiante los errores de su aplicación. Cada vez que la aplicación falla los estudiantes tenemos que sufrir las consecuencias de volver a hacer un turno de 1 a 5 horas, las cuales yo personalmente he tenido que esperar...

There should be a web version for those with incompatible versions of Android. That way they can just take their turns through their phones' web browsers if they use really old phones.

I really liked the app itself, but whenever I get a turn thought this app, after a while it says that my ticket has expired, and my turn hasn't been up yet. If that bug gets fixed, I'll totally re-download it, and change my rating. Cheers!

Great app to help you deal with the tickets and you get notified when it is your turn. Only disadvantage is the time. Overall, great especially for people with special needs. The future is near.
