About Therap
The Therap for Android app is designed to be used by people who already have an active Therap account with the appropriate permissions. If you cannot log into the app or once you do not see the functionality you expect, please contact your Provider Administrator.
If you do not have a Therap account but would like to try out the Therap for Android app, please go to www.TherapServices.net and sign up for a demo account.

The Therap for Android app is a collection of modules that enables healthcare professionals (with proper Therap privileges assigned) to use the T-Log, ISP Data, MAR and Password Reset modules.
The Mobile T-Log feature allows users to:
• View list of unread T-Logs by notification levels
• Mark T-Logs as read
• Create new T-Logs with photos
Note: To have access to the T-Log module on Therap for Android app, please ask an administrator at your agency to contact the Regional Sales Representative.
The Mobile ISP Data tool features:
• Collection of service data from any location
• Electronic visit verification by recording location through GPS
• Capturing pictures of individuals at the location of service and adding signatures with finger tips or stylus pens
Note: To have access to the ISP Data module on Therap for Android app, please ask an administrator at your agency to contact the Regional Sales Representative.
The Mobile MAR feature provides:
• Access to the list of scheduled medications
• Ability to Record and administer Scheduled/PRN medications & treatments
• Options to view allergies, diagnoses, and images of medications
Note: Only current users of the Therap MAR module will be able to access the Mobile MAR from the Therap for Android app.
Users with the Reset Password administrative role will be able to access the Password Reset tool from the app.

Still can't access class signups. Also need ability to change main profile for example my address, phone number, etc. Are the GERs seen under Tlog section when written? Thanks for helping by keeping this updated. Please fix these. Latest update causing major issues.

It won't even let me log in...yes, I'm using all the right information, but it still won't let me log in saying my account info isn't right or my account is disabled, which I know isn't right. Useless at this point.

I had to update the app, and now I get a message that my session has expired WHILE IM WRITING NOTES IN THE APP. And, the notes don't save, so I have to log in again and redo the notes. NOT COOL. Why the hell isn't there a feature that creates a draft of notes if you get kicked out or the session expires. Not a fan of this "update". PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!!

Okay so I call customer service with my admin to try enable this app. And even they had no idea how to? They said they will get back to me. Honestly they seem not to be concerned with it as most people show bad reviews.

Why have this app if it doesn't work? I can't log on, and it always gives an excuse for why it can't work, and to contact the administration. If it doesn't work, why keep it on here? Get your act together!!!!!!!!!

This app is crap... it only let's you fill out their isp data and look at the mar, assuming that it is enabled by the admin. Honestly they should either make a way better app or just make the website more mobile friendly

Reliable, although a shortcut to access overall input data. Access to monthly entries can help cross reference any missing input. For rural area HAB-Tech's with unreliable internet hot spots.

Updated app and now it won't even let me open it. I've been using this since 12-2016 and if it would work correctly it would be just okay but it always has errors or the system is down. A paper MAR is better that dealing with all of this apps issues.
