The app does the job of letting me see what my child is doing at nursery, however I'm unable to see any pictures that staff take which is frustrating. I've checked with staff that they are taking pictures and publishing then, as well as reinstall, but still no luck. I think push notifications would be great too

Missing Push Notifications and the app sessions time out too quickly. There is no image editing and the app appears to default to portrait on the longest image axis. E.g. phone pics with the phone held normally come out wrong and correcting the rotation on your phone makes no difference during upload.

Put timeline as landing page, it's what we all want to see! Could do with a design overhaul, looks dated and a bit clunky. Push notifications are a must. Allow better displaying of photos, they are small and low quality.

It feels like a basic things these days to have push notifications which this app is missing for me. Would rate 5 if it was able to do this

This is the only app I use that logs me out every time I use it. No way of changing email address in profile which was initially entered incorrectly.

Would be great if you implement ACTIVITY NOTIFICATIONS and AUTO REFRESH. It's still very good to see what your child is doing. Keep the good work.

Great to see what my daughter's up to but app could do with refining. Push notification and fingerprint authentication would be great.

Love this ap as i can see whats my daughter has been up to at nursery but just wish you qould do a notification thats pops or something instead of an email

Many will find it "user friendly " but it's just bleak. There's no log out option in the drop down menu either. Settings are most disappointing.

After initial login issues, a reinstall has done the trick. App is now quick and responsive, just what I need it to do.

I must admit, using an app instead of writing a book feels a little impersonal, however the option to add photos is nice. I have to agreewith other users, it would be nice to be able to save photos of my child, especially as the app if a safe site requiring a personal log in.

The app is the same as viewing the website in your phone's browser and doesn't offer anything more such as notifications when new comments are added. It's also worse than the browser in that you can't save image.

Very poor that photos can't be saved. Please don't patronize and tell me this is for security; the image can be extracted via screenshot. You just think want to sell mugs and keyrings.

I live this app. I have it on my phone and tablet and it works perfectly for what I need and expect. Great job.

So counter intuitive, clunky UI can't view comms in app they have to be resent, and then never arrive, if childcare provider hasn't set up your child from their end you can't view any details. The app is a mess

This app is brilliant but I'm having trouble logging in. User name and password are correct but a message appears saying there incorrect. Please sort this. Thanks Emma

Was OK with 1st use, when trying to log in again, no such luck,, username /password incorrect..

Loved the old version but since the update, I can't log in. I just get the error message "login failed for user EQUZY9EZUB-PPUSER". Have uninstalled an reinstalled but still fails.

Loving the time line section. Perhaps you can add a option for patents to leave comments too
