Sky WiFi Finder for Android
What do the different colours on the map even mean? No explanation! Also the locations of places on the map are totally wrong!
I've been using this app for nearly eight years at this point. It rarely gets opened, but after registering it signs me in automatically to the cloud network. Yes I do have to confirm who I am and that I want to continue, but you can't really ask for more.
Can't connect to cloud since I got new phone, doesn't let me sign in via browser either! Fast connect was easier you signed in once for entire lifespan of phone It's not even clear where to sign in here, where to put in details when on home wifi
Used to be good now the it's all falling apart some wifi sites don't even work When you get there signal but can't Cornect I think they are forgetting the customer as it's getting harder to Get sky go when I away
One star is the clue, same complaints as most other people, shame you can't submit -5 CR*P.
Support isn't very good. Very slow still waiting for them to get back to me
Don't are not in the locations they should be, sometimes half a mile out of place!
Some hotspot locations are completely inaccurate with no option to correct them. Advertising makes it look cheap.
This app was really good when it worked just make sure you're computer accepts cookies when you login, that was what I had trouble with.
Useless been working in the same place for a year and suddenly the cloud will not connect
I can never get it to work . It used to so don't anymore
Totally useless, provides list, thinks somewhere else, doesn't allow connection, total rubbish
No auto connect. No sign in. No explanation of colours. Crap
Cannot connect no point even trying to register although I am a Sky customer
False advertising. ...the app is crap...sorry sky
It used to allow you to connect & stay connected, now it just acts as an finder (& advert for Murdoch).
Good app. Very easy to use. Great way to find local Wi-Fi
Since the change I'm having to connect to cloud myself! Awful!!!
Its a brilliant app for business and non business customers
Pretty useless, just a map really, no help joining any of the WiFi hotspots
won't work since change.
Suddenly it never connects to the Cloud; just says cannot make a secure connection. I now use the superior O2 app.
It won't connect me even when I'm in a cloud location
Good except for the part where it's only for England I guess just too bad for me though.
Very good app!!!,Sky contiues to deliver!!!
Absolute feeling shite
Can't register. "_The Cloud" is not available.
No option to sign-in for sky user.
Its ok up to now
Completely useless and rubbish
Total shite.
No Auto sign in makes this app useless
A classic example of an upgrade making things so much worse. The Cloud was perfect and connected quickly and without effort. This is the exact opposite. I'd like to know what those who gave it 5 stars are doing (if, indeed, they've used it and not just been 'encouraged' to write a good review).
Absolute rubbish, first the old app didn't work for version of ios dispite being android, really sky this is basic for a company so far up apples arse you should know this. Now the new app doesn't auto connect and browser doesn't give connect through sky so other than a list of hotspots this app is useless. Can someone explain how to auto connect, I expect not as the developer never replies
Useless - can't see any reason to use it. Unlike The Cloud or sky WiFi, this is NOT an automatic connection app and you still have to pick up the network manually. GREAT IDEA - I don't think so!
Rebranded as an app that looks dated (almost Android Gingerbread in fact) and it really does little more than offer a list of hotspots. We lost ability to auto cionect to The Cloud a long time ago. For a company like Sky, they could (and should) do a lot better.
Waste of space. Sky is such a huge organisation with hundreds of thousands of customers, and yet they create an app that a toddler could've done a better job of planning and executing. This has been the last straw in a string of regular idiotic fails by Sky. I'm going elsewhere.
WTH BSkyB?? The Cloud used to be epic and so did the original app. This is merely a map now, information now available on Google Maps. Why would you regress a great feature? I remember being a paid customer when Cloud Networks first started early 2000s, before iPass. Used to rock. 2011 marked the end of a great era. Le sigh. 2 stars as at least the map works. But lost 3 because of the serious regression of features and design. Very bad.
So far so good. You just need sign up once then it's smooth from there onwards. I also recommend touchvpn app. This will block anyone hacking your device. Happy surfing.

I had the old app which connected to WiFi as soon as I was in range. Now I cannot connect at all with my Android tablet. Keep getting a message "this one got lost in the clouds" It took a week to get a message from support to clear all cookies and history which didn't work. I have heard nothing since.
