The data between the station at my shop won't sync suddenly. It was working fine and now suddenly it doesn't auto update. Why? I need this feature to make appointments from my home.

So far I loving it. Haven't had it for very long so still working on understanding everything but it does everything I was wanting plus a few extras.

I love the app and price is great I wish we could have a rebook button that would save and bring up the last appointment services . Also a text when do e button would be helpful

Needs a little work. -Need to be able to text clients most prefer it now. -Import contacts would be nice -integration into android calendar -Need to be able to add pictures when adding a contact and their pets. -Would like the ability to have different icons for the services. Maybe even let us upload a pic for the service icons. The ones currently in the app are too similar and can't really help when looking at the calendar.

We need to be able to override the price at checkout. We need to be able to text a client when their dog is ready. Some prefer a text. When I call from the app it ads a + to the number and thinks I'm calling another country. Searching for clients needs to be easier. Maybe alphabetize them? Ad a search client feature? Otherwise I really love the app. It finally got me to ditch the paper book.

I liked this app. I just don't like that I can't edit the pictures or add a picture after the client is in the system.

The app is very beneficial but it needs a lot of work. Its too confusing to be used.There should be a part where the employee details Such as phone number and email should be added on the groomers list. So that it can be used to send remainders. Another issue is the app stops working when I take photos of dogs. The graph also doesn't make sense. Please add a many video tutorial on the dog grooming app without going too fast. Thanks

Good idea but they don't support IOS Sierra for Mac. Will make a subscription when you guys support that OS. For now I have to cancel my subscription.

When i put the info into new client i cant get to the bottom of the screen to save. So tap out of the square to get rid of the keyboard and the window disappears. Stupid waste of time app

i want to use it to just keep track of my grooms and sales but it wont set up how much commission i make instead of full price

I gave 5 stars to the older versions. Now it won't open at all on my NOOK HD+. Tried to uninstall and reinstall and it will not install. Gets to 70% and starts over. What happened in the 1-17-16 update? I love this app and want to keep using it.

Good software with unfortunate MAJOR downfalls. They charge you monthly and there's no way to ever own the software. You're stuck paying them until you inevitably switch to new software. Also, if you have more than one groomer, there's no way to sync data between two devices. In addition to this, you'd have to pay for an extra license regardless. So if you have two groomers, it would cost over $660 to use this software for 2 years. It's sad that this is such a money-grab, because it functions great.

Wanted to have app on my tablet and phone. Too many complicated steps. Should be designed to where you have a username and password and can log in from any device.

Why can't I change a customers information? Add an address or change a phone number? Very annoying to have to completely delete and start over. Please answer

Needs a few fixes. Needs to have an option to reschedule a client from the checkout screen.

Please fix this, I need price overides........1. Price override at checkout, not all prices remain the same. We dont want a million saved in services just to have an exact price. 2. Pic upload option would be highly recommended, specially if your adding new clients after a days work etc. 3. Time option regarding service time should be done at time of booking not in advance. Over all the app is great, how likely is this to be something all broomers can use for years to come??

Takes a little getting used to but once I got everything set up, I love it.

The new updates are fantastic! I really love the sms reminders and new multi device sync. I would prefer the client photos open up in the gallery or google photos though. It would better viewed on smaller devices when your on the go/mobile groomer.

I really like this App!! It has made my grooming business easier to keep track of. No more paperwork!! And no more $600 grooming software!!! I got everything I needed right here with tap-groom!!

Been a groomer 30yrs and this was not user friendly and very frustrating.
