Ein neuer Maßstab für FFS-Anlagen
Eine neu konzipierte Form-, Füll- und Schließmaschine FSL 48, ausgerichtet auf die Anforderungen der Lebensmittel- und insbesondere der Molkereiindustrie. Ab sofort ist hier bei einer FFS-Anlage eine IML(In-mold Labeling)-Station integriert, mit der die Verkaufsverpackungen direkt beim Thermoformen brillant dekoriert werden. Nahezu alle auf Form-, Füll- und Verschließanlagen gängigen Bechergeometrien sind umsetzbar. Ausrüstbar ist die FSL 48 für die unterschiedlichsten Hygieneanforderungen der Lebensmittelindustrie bis hin zur Hygieneklasse IV nach VDMA (hygienische Abfüllmaschinen). Die Formatfläche des Thermoformers von 480 mm x 320 mm ist so ausgelegt, dass beispielsweise 12 Standard-Molkereipackungen hergestellt werden. Erreicht wird dabei eine Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit von bis zu 30 Takten pro Minute. Ergänzend zu diesem Schwerpunkt präsentiert ILLIG auf dem Interpack-Messestand wirtschaftliche Lösungen mit Blisterverpackungen, die dem Produktschutz, dem Transportschutz und der optisch aufmerksamkeitsstarken Präsentation der Produkte am Point of Sale (POS) zugleich dienen.
