Then look no further. SOTI apparently hires idiots or train them to ask stupid questions to delay responding to you. Looking for another app now that does the same. Support is yet to respond! All they care about is my name and phone number!

I have used this app when I had a Samsung S5 it worked perfectly and I wouldn't be without it. However when I upgraded my phone to a Samsung S6 Edge plus it keeps crashing my phone on connection. Unfortunately I had to uninstall the app on my S6E+ as it was causing too many problems as it would render the phone unusable. I hope this can be fixed on the next update so I can give it 5 stars.

I really like this software when used windowmobile, hoping one day will have to android and is now available. Tks very much. But, this app work well on my Note3 and can not work on Note 5. When I started app on Note 5, Note 5 immediately crashes.

My first install of this had me raving to coworkers. This worked great, perfect for projecting phone images and use during trade shows. One fine day, it started crashing the phone upon ivocation. Uninstalled, reinstalled, still hangs and crashes entire S6 on invocation. I hope they get it fixed for S6. Perhaps failure is now just I need my S6?

Reason for needing this app: Samsung Sidesync does not allow tablet to PC connections. Overall this app works great. I had a major problem with cursor mapping at first, but after a simple reinstall of the app on my Note 8 the problem was solved. Connection via USB has virtually no lag and allows me to control my tablet via my PC screen, keyboard and mouse. This is ideal because I have a computer that I do not connect to the internet, but there are certain tasks that I wish to perform that require an internet connection. Now I can use the tablet to perform those tasks without having to move to another device. I have tested this with my Note 3. It works perfectly as long as the Note 3 is in portrait orientation. If I switch it to landscape orientation the app will crash. The app will also fail to connect if the Note 3 is in landscape orientation. I give this app 5 stars despite a few hiccups because it has just been released and based on the excellent support I received from a Soti representative, I have no doubt that these small issues will be ironed out. Edited 3/11/15: Unfortunately this does not work with the Note 8 as I previously thought.

Super duper app. Need more publicity to insist each & every android user to try or use this super app. It would be better if this SOTI app can work along with wi-fi T-eathering/ portable wifi hotspot & be able to stream live audio video feed . My very best wishes for SOTI & Team.

I'd rather be paying the subscription still for a functioning solution. Crashes on Galaxy Note 4 running 4.4.4 when PC connects. Unusable so far after several hours of tweaks.
