Tally Counter

A no fuss tally counter. Why complicate something simple?
Allows users to add and subtract from the total tally. Users have the option of adding 5, 10, 100 or 1000 to the total tally at once. The counter can also be set to any value between 0 and 99999 with a few taps of the screen.
