It is an independent media center represented by the government of Qatar, mandated by the World Federation of United Nation Friends and the World Global Compact of the United Nation as the primary authority for communications, regulation and technological innovation. In its work facing economic opportunities and challenges associated with rapidly evolving advances in global communications.
