This application is a coder/decoder of JIS code (ISO-2022-JP).
It is useful at such the following cases.
- Mojibake by lost ESC of JIS sequence.
- In a network which is not 8bits transparent.

- conversion CR/LF (selectable 4 methods per encode/decode)
