Opens with a list of nearby bus stops, and in my case includes the local metro station. Select one and get a list of the next departures. All clearly presented and the buttons wait until you have held your finger in place for a couple of seconds helping to avoid accidentally selecting the wrong option.

One of the family of the GeorgiePhone apps. This great little app announces as you approach bus stops on your journey and presents them in large print on the screen too. Sadly its so far only for the UK. You don't have to do anything: Just sit back and you know where you are and when to get off without worrying the driver or being a pain to other passengers. I recommend trying it and sharing it with friends who don't see so well.
