The tool checks the registered WIFI networks periodically. If one of these networks has better signal strength than the currently one, the tool changes the WIFI network to this better one automatically.
The WIFI scan frequency means how often checks the application the available WIFI networks and their strengths. The tolerance rate is a percent value. The WIFI network will be changed if a better network access point found during the scanning and its signal level is stronger by the specified tolerance percent.
