Rocket Browser

This is a very good app, quick and easy to use with a good variety option settings options/configurations. My one and only gripe so far is when I press the 'back' button on any web page. It refuses to do this and requires a double 'back tap' to return to the previous page eg the search page. This won't however lead me to delete it as I can't find another reliable app which allows you to choose how tabs appear on the screen.

The 1st browser I found with a super clean interface, no unwanted stuff, minimalist, super lightweight and based on Lightning Browser project. Great browsing experience with this one. Provides more options under Settings compared to Chrome. Just a few features required: 1. Ability to go forward to a page from where we returned. This is a very basic requirement. 2. Download manager and the ability to download videos. 3. Default incognito browsing. 4. 'Exit' or 'Quit' button (preferably next to the search bar) that will close all open tabs, clear all history, cookies, cache, temp files, etc. Nevertheless, this is my browser for now for most browsing activity.

Definitely the best web browser I've tested thus far, comparing it to Dolphin, UC, CM, Firefox, Opera, and Chrome. This one has a great layout, is user friendly, and I've yet to come across any bugs. If you more or less like Chrome, but are interested in alternatives, this browser is the bomb; it's interface and performance are similar, yet it's still a different beast.

This is a hidden gem in all the browser apps out there. Best browser in all aspect - UI, speed, fluidity and memory usage. The adblock success rate is among the best I've experienced. I've immediately deleted all other browsers and this one going to be my daily driver. Kudos to the dev

I've been using Rocket Browser for about 4 months now and it's been flawless! For me and I am picky (1st browser was explorer 4) even back then you learned fast. I didn't like chrome in the mid 90s nor is it any better now. Rocket is the best replacement plus it's has so much more.

I'd give it 5.5 stars if the default desktop user-agent was set to Xbox Edge(Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; Xbox; Xbox One) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/46.0.2486.0 Safari/537.36 Edge/13.10553) because the default desktop option doesn't display some page's HTML properly. Also, if the devs or dev from FilterProxy teams up with this browser's devs or dev to make it include FilterProxy bundled as an extension it would be the ultimate browser. Lastly, the addition of the quick scroll to bottom and top of the page gesture which Opera has would give me no reason to use Opera at all so it should be included with Rocket Browser and I'd rate it 6 stars. 7 stars if it combines with FilterProxy as one of the options available to use with Rocket Browser's proxy support capability. On a side note, the rendering options are sweet eyecandy and it's also a powerful lightweight browser with an aesthically pleasant artful theme.

It's the best browser I've tried but downloading files take a while to start maybe because it uses system download manager also my device get slow when downloading, and set download location its useless if system download manager take the download, can you make an inbuilt download manager? It's the only thing to improve. Thanks for bring us this cool browser.

Some sites love to riddle me with continuous popups to different sites. Plz add a Popup blocker. It's the only reason that I like to use Firefox (lots of add-on). But I need a Popup blocker. Plz!! (plz reply so I know, I'll uninstall Firefox if you do so

In my opinion swiping from the left to get a tab menu was great. It looked clean and kept them out of sight, while being organized. The new tabs across the top crowd the top of the screen, look worse, and are far less organized with the way you have to scroll through them. I think that was a step in the wrong direction and would love if it got reverted (fingers crossed)

What's with all of the people complaining about the tabs when there's a setting to hide them? I have mine hidden to the right.

just install this app, its good when we can control multi tab ib one screen(not in back ground). so far so good, will give review later, hope still 5stars. better than dolphin ect

It's fast and it has ad block. Super useful image block for times when you don't want to load a page full of frivolous crap or when you aren't certain what kind of pics are on an unfamiliar site. Best browser here.

It is better then chrome but I found one problem in it. Whenever I try to download movies via torrent this app does not supporting but chrome works fine in that department. Other than I love this browser. Nice user interface

My favorite browser. It may lack the fancy stuff of some others (I hope it continues so, this keeps it lean and fast), but it provides ample safety, fast browsing, clean interface and a small app footprint for those who keep running out of space.

I really liked the browser. It is so amazing. You are probably wondering why I chose 3 star, it is because there is no, "Clear all history," button. I just want you to add the, "Clear all history," button so that it will be easier to clear the history. Thank you!

I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for one minor bug. The browser crashes every time I try to "Web Search" a highlighted text. Happened with the previous update, and ditto with latest one as well. I'm not sure if this is a model/version specific issue; but it would be great if I could just search a highlighted term or phrase using the 'Web Search' option, and not have to open a new tab when I want to google them up.

Hi, I like the browser, but there appears to be a bug if you choose to view as Desktop instead of Mobile. All you get is raw HTML code displayed. I wish in Mobile display mode there was a way to search by time, date, year like the Tools on the Desktop version of Google. Could this be added? Thanks.

For the longest time I was wondering why you had changed your icon/logo to a pumpkin in the snow. It looks like a pumpkin when you view it actual size as it's displayed on your phone.

Inability to rearrange bookmarks. At least not that I could find. Please provide this capability or make it more intuitive to be able to rearrange my bookmarks. It doesn't even order them alphabetically, just randomly.

What did you make to the tabs? The previous design was the best I have ever tried. Now, it's like every other browser.

I would put up with the crashes if it restored all tabs when the app is relaunched but it only remembers the last tab on focus. Still I appreciate other features like being light way and having an inverted mode, though I'm not sure if Rocket is based on Lightning or the other way around

It's a nuisance that there's no longer an option to stay on the home page while opening new ones. And yet more frigging about - now it has tabs and the Home tab disappears off screen if you open too many.

One of my top 3 best browser. It's fast, smooth, and simple. People who are complaining about the tab, you need to learn how to change settings because there's option in it

in this update the tabs menu is gone, replaced by tabs across the top of the browser. with lots of tabs open this is inferior to the old way. please bring it back as a preference.

Great browser. Small memory footprint, fast, and the ad block works well too. The issue I have is not being abke to hit a phone number listed ona website to bring up the phone dialer. Is there a way to address this?

Gotta say, this browser is amazing! I'm gonna delete my other browsers right now! This surpassed the chrome. Developers please, don't mess this application.

Google does not load properly, ad block does not seem to work on all pages. No ability to add folders to bookmarks. It only takes a few bookmarks before the list becomes cluttered and difficult to use

Struggles to play videos from most web sites. Apart from that was working well.

If you want the tab to show in the navigation drawer just like the old version, go to settings > display settings > show tab in navigation drawer. Hope this helps and its better to be smart and explore the options first before judging an app. Have a good day.

WOW!!! No ads and no in-app purchases? This is one of the best browser I've used (well, except Chrome but Chrome does not block ads XD) Very nice user interference. Thank you soo much for making this app COMPLETELY free. :)

Some issues, but way better than other browsers! Update: most issues gone; wish I could get this for my Windows CPU

Fast, minimal, efficient. Love this browser! It is on all my devices. If you want a speed dial, just change the homepage to show bookmarks, and add bookmarks, that simple. Faster than most of the mini browsers I have tried, and I have tried many.

Idk how it's so fast ..... Only thing, is there any data saving mode or mobile/desktop switcher .....If no Please add

Great browser, really clean and fast to load pages. Used to use an old version of Maxthon Browser but this is superior and without all the same spam.

Bring more features on using YouTube... Playing YouTube is pain in rocket browser

Much better than the last few versions. Fillr popup is gone, the Copy glitch is fixed, and more options than ever. Best browser once again.

After the last update the browser feel a lot slower loading text..

Ugh, the newest update is such a chaos. I'm using smartphone not computer, i like the old one better for smartphone

And quite fast..but, please reduce adress bar, its too big. Eat alot of space.
