No exit / quit button - very frustrating! Back Lane cart placement is very inconvenient (especially in winter), what do I have to do to get it moved back to Front Lane pickup? Why do I have to pay for both pickup AND the recycling centre? I refuse to pay for pickup while I have to pay for the recycling centre!
