I'm having trouble with my subscription as I have a monthly payment for premium but my account shows that I only have a status of free.

Worst site and worst app Fake links fake download session it's a waste to even look at it

Thankyou. Have confirmed it has been cancelled after all that. Excellent for transferring and downloading files with no fuss. Could do with a way to cancel sub on desktop/ or tablet too even if sub is brought through Google Play.

Paid for premium but super slow. . . PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS THERE IS A LOT OF OTHERS SAYING THE SAME THING!!

Captcha insists you download this app to enable downloads on Android phone, then doesn't allow you to proceed (asks you to download app again and again). Poor!

Signed up for premium services here, and my account still says it's a free account. I've already sent a support ticket, still waiting on a reply. Customer service seems a little lacking. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. Was extremely hesitant on spending $15 at the least, and now I know why. Edit: I added the GPA invoice a while back, before you guys replied to this, and I'm still waiting.

Having a terrible experience, purchased Premium, but my status is still on Free. I have contacted customer support and gave them the GPA invoice number and still no response. If they don't answer quickly, I will be asking for a refund EDIT: Finally upgraded my status, so raising the star, but you need to work on your customer service speed and fix any bugs you have that causes these premium status problem

I paid for premium using this app, which worked in the past but now it doesn't. Sent an email to their support with order number and am now waiting for a response. Can't recommend this app until then.

Same problem as others, I bought premium but it doesn't switch from free user. They fixed it after a day after I sendt a ticket. They gave me a week ekstra for free. Now it works perfectly

Ordered a premium subscription but does not change from a free account. Service clearly has bugs. Have e-mailed the developer to get this fixed and awaiting a response. Not a good experience!!

Great app for rapid gator file sharing service. Simply Superb. Great download speed and always pays according fixed timetable. Been using for 5 years and haven't let me down once.

Purchased this for the sole purpose of paying for my premium service, as the website is notoriously temperamental for this. So in this capacity it did exactly what I needed with no problems. Never used the app for anything else so I can't comment further.

app does what its supposed to. but rapidgator seems a bad filelocker service. i was using the free service where around 30% of my downloads get interrupted. so i tried paid subscription and same problem. i dont have this problem with any other downloads, so it's not my pc or Internet line. retry and resume works only if the download was not interrupted too long ago

If I paid for Premium, Im wondering why a 14 hour download! I gave it four days, tried to download ten times. When it would say download compleated, the zip was corrupt. All I wanted was firmware to fix my phone. Got nothing but ripped off.

Used to make Google Play premium payment. All great, except web side stays listed as free. No response yet from support. Will change review of they fix this.

How do I cancel service? I am not seeing this in my subscriptions.
